Great old school embrace from the old 90' Norwegian vibes.
Amazing riffs and atmosphere is created here.
Vocals are great and drumms time to.
I like the cover art.
Brilliant recall from the raw,cold,dark black metal mixed with such a melodic
and groove black metal.Also some Punkish vibes in the air.

10/10 Favorite track: Moonlit Aether.

Bloedarend This is old school melodic black metal with groovy riffs and a sporadic viking element. Bathory and Darkthrone spring to mind. In contrast to the latter during their early years, the production on "Primordial Forest" is well-balanced. Asbjorn draws his inspiration from nature and that shines through in the atmosphere of the album, particularly in "Sacred Grove". Together with the tracks bookending this song, this makes for a very fine trilogy, even though it wasn't meant as such. Favorite track: Nightfall.
